Dear Senator Clinton.

Well, not your daughter shaking her rump, or flashing that brand new chin, or your new cheek bones or even your husbands last ditch effort to drag your opponent through the gutter brought you your win that you and other crazy fools across the country were begging for.

Really, your husband is a nut.

Granted, your speach tonight was 50 times better than McCain’s (dude… energy?  there were 5 people in your venue!  You sounded like my High School calculus teacher.)

Well Obama, you have my vote.  Unless I decide to write Nader in for the second election in a row.

It could happen.

For a much better review of the evenings happenings, check out Evan’s weblog

Your speach tonight was moving sir, so much that yes, I will admit, I found myself clapping while I was driving down I-5. Please stand behind what you say. Our country needs that oh so very much.

Hey Kids… What time is it?

I have an odd sense of humor.

Let’s contemplate the clock I have mounted on the wall next to my desk, shall we?

People just don’t understand me.

 aaaaand… discuss.

One Dead as Drunk Driver Plows Into Bike Race

From this morning’s MSN front page-

MONTERREY, Mexico - A car plowed into a bike race along a highway near the U.S.-Mexico border, killing one and injuring 10 others.

The 28-year-old driver was apparently drunk and fell asleep when he crashed into the race Sunday, police investigator Jose Alfredo Rodriguez said Monday.

A photograph taken by a city official showed bicyclists and equipment being hurled high into the air by the collision.

Rodriguez said Juan Campos was charged with killing 37-year-old Alejandro Alvarez of Monterrey.

Authorities said the wreck happened 15 minutes into the 34-kilometer race Sunday along a highway between Playa Bagdad and Matamoros, across from Brownsville, Texas.

Campos said he is an American citizen living in Brownsville. The U.S. Consulate could not immediately confirm that.

“We are looking into the incident in terms of whether American citizens were involved,” consulate spokesman Todd Huizinga said.

Back in the Saddle!

Well… poop.

This isn’t going to be as long as I want it to be but first I need to say BIG thanks to my brother Evan who really pulled me out of this Google quagmire (giggity giggity).

As most of you know I have had my Two Wheels And Other Things over at Google’s Blogger, who’s Spam Bot decided that I was, in fact, Spam.

I’m a big fan of spam. Spam and Eggs, Spam and Toast, Spam and Hash and even spam straight out of the can. I am pretty sure they mean another type of spam though.

So down went my blog. All email requests of mercy and questions to the black hole known as “Google Support” (yeah right) went unheard, unnoticed or, what I think, uncared for. I finally did something that I should have done long ago. Media Temple and Word Press.

Now I have the power. Bite it Skeletor. (bwa ha ha ha haaa)

So let it continue. Fridays will still most likely be a musical interlude, yes you will still hear all about my bonk sessions on the bike and the victories of my racing team, the memories of my childhood that shaped me and damn straight you will always read about my kickass friends and family (getting married to Ro in a few days!).

“Give the Governor a Hurumph!” (sidenote… that guy just passed a few days ago)

“Froggy love daddy? Daddy Love Froggy.”

It’s good to be back with you. Don’t ever go away again.

Stay Beautiful.
