  • Because that “all-loving” dude who sits in the sky with his white skin and white beard and wrote the Bible told us that marriage is between a man and a woman, that same dude that created us imperfectly and then tortures us in Hell if we make mistakes like letting a man and man and woman and woman get married, yo!

  • I would like ONE prop-8 supporter to just answer (legitimately answer, not dodge or evade, or change the subject) each one of Keith’s questions.

    I’m open to conversation (and I want to marry my same-sex partner someday) … but if you dont have a single coherent or logical argument, then you dont have an issue or actual opposition…you have bigotry and hate.

    I am pro-choice, but I am willing to listen to pro-life folks because they have many logical arguments. I am anti-gun, but I am willing to listen to people who want unrestricted gun access because they have an entire amendment to justify their cause. But anti-marriage equality…there is not actual argument here…its only fear and bigotry.

  • Taking away rights from others when it has no impact on you.. imposing your beliefs on others and pushing people away from them in the process.. it just makes no sense.

    I think we’ve got a case of “otherizing” and fear. Not logic.
