  • Haha….was there a more embarrassing era for music than the Color Me Badd era? Love the Timmy T selection. That shit ended up on a lot of mix tapes — CASSETTE TAPES! — right next to the Walkman and high school practice jerseys in my gym bag!

  • I was volunteering at church one time and there was a funeral for a young woman who died in a car accident. They played “Lady in Red” during the service!! I nearly croaked myself. I have not been able to listen to that song in the same way since. I always wondered how they got that one passed Pastor Tarr.
